Candlemonk is a blogging platform that provides us points for views. After achieving further levels, the value of points per view increases.

So, it is very important to know which areas you can achieve easily, & which other areas you can need more effort.

For every level of Candlemonk, there are 8 main goals to achieve with a “green” star to indicate completion.

I have classified these goals on the basis of achievable levels – easy, neutral & difficult.

I just wanted to say that the below-detailed analysis is based on my journey on this platform so far.

I. Easy Goals

1. Number of followers – 50
2. Read Days – 26

How to Achieve These Goals?

1. Read & appreciate other fellow blogger’s posts.
2. Try to read at least 50 blogs.
3. If not read 50 blogs, at least skim through them. (must read first & the last paragraph! if not complete)
4. Give sincere & relevant advice in the comment section.
5. Support your fellow bloggers by following them & liking their posts.

II. Neutral Goals

1. Total Blogs – 25
2. 10 New Blogs with 10 likes
3. 8 New Blogs in 30 days

How to Achieve These Goals?

1. Write about your interests, expertise & skills.
2. If you are writing about your interests, you would need lesser time to pen them down.
3. Add relevant images.
4. Use Unsplash, Pexels & Pixabay for using copyright-free images.
5. Be consistent in writing blogs.
6. Do publish a blog every alternate day, if not publishing daily.
7. Write down & plan topics for your blogs on the weekend.
8. And Yes, do like & support other fellow writers too.

Difficult Goals

1. 10 New Blogs with at least 50 views
2. 10 New Blogs with at least 20% interest level
3. 10 New Bogs with at least 20% Retention level

How to Achieve These Goals?

1. Don’t publish more than one blog a day, as it may have an effect on blog views.
2. Make sure your blog heading is catchy & attractive.
3. Strictly avoid clickbait headings.
4. Use relevant & high-quality images as cover-image.
5. Do not write very lengthy blogs.
6. The optimum words used in the Candlemonk blog are 500-700.

Final Remarks
