Hello readers! 

What a beautiful weather it is in India. It's raining and feels just so good. Today I'll be writing about that very thing. ‘Rain’. Make sure you read it to the end, because there's a special song that I'm going to share with you all. It's one of my favourites and many of you might have already listened to it, but if you haven't, then I'm sure you would love it. 

Rain always takes us to a time in life, a memory. Everytime it rains, our minds are already off our present. Has it happened to you too? I'll share with you my stories of rain - Everything that I remember about RAINS. 

As a kid, I was not very much into outdoor sports. Well, neither am I now but it's different now. :P I remember in school I did not like my ‘games period'. And I always felt a kind of peace in my heart when it rained because then we won't have to go out. 😅 

Rain was the best excuse to skip classes in college. During my MBBS days, buses were delayed due to rains. And if it rained while returning home, it was a very pleasant ride. Soothing to remember how we all had our headphones on with our favourite songs, and enjoyed the rain outside our window buses. There were incidents of irritation too when the water from roof slid down and watered us from above as if we are plants. Haha. Disgusting it was. But still, worth remembering!

The weather during rains are so romantic, I've heard all my single friends wishing they had a partner, so they could bunk classes. 😂(I wish that too, sometimes.😝) 

Another memory that comes to my mind about rains is - we had to walk a small distance from our college gate to the busses. And then, if someone already anticipated rain and brought an umbrella with them, oh my god, that person was God. 😂

My pet dog, Loki loves rains too. He always goes and gets wet in the puddles. Follow him on instagram @labrador___loki (triple underscores). He's a cute dog. 😁

Rains are the perfect time to have a good nap and then get up and see it's still raining, and have a nice cup of tea. ❤️ Rains will always be an emotion.

Rains, unfortunately, also reminds of memories that were once very pleasant and you did not want them to come to an end, but it did. I'm sure it happens with you too, when rain reminds you of a very good memory but it ends up being sad. There will always be moments like that. But one very amazing friend of mine, always says.. ‘Remember the good memories. Leave the bad ones.’ (If you are reading this… know that I remember your line. 😜) 

So next time, you, dear reader, if you catch yourself thinking of the bad past, remind yourself my friend's line. 😄
