As we all know in today’s time what most hurt is not breakup anymore it’s I think hairfall and our frizzy hair or any problem related to our hair we face, atleast for me it so hurting to see my hair falling and becoming thin . For all of us hair are the most important and nowadays it is the most common problem which people are facing.
Tomorrow is my hair care day and also today I have to write one blog so I thought of sharing this easy hair care routine and some hair mask with you all.
1. HOW TO USE EGGS FOR HAIR
Well there are several different suggestions for how to use egg for helping the hair stay healthy.
And I am telling you the way which I use.
2. HOW TO USE CURD FOR YOUR HAIR.
I use this when there is lot of dandruff in my hair and I have to get rid from it
a) Take curd mix It and directly apply it to your hairs using your hand and leave it for 25-30 minutes.
b) Rinse it off with water .
c) Shampoo the hair as usual.
d) You can repeat this once or twice a month for better result .
ANOTHER ONE WITH CURD
(a) Take 3-4 spoons of AMLA POWDER and mix it with some curd and you can also add little bit of any oil you have.
(b) Mix it until the mixture becomes creamy.
© now apply this mixture to your hairs with your hands and leave it for 20-30 minutes.
(d) It will dry than rinse it off with water.
(e) shampoos the hair.
this also you can repeat twice or thrice in a month.
AND MOST IMPORTANT WHICH MOST OF US IGNORE . OILING OUR HAIR , OILING IS MUST.
whether you use hair mask or not but don’t forget to oil your hairs . Oil help the most . So twice a week at least oil your hair.
I oil my hair one day before I have to wash my hair but if you can’t then atleast you can oil your hairs 1-2 hours before .
There are many more but I have written only about this because these are the hai mask which I mostly use and it works also .
