Yoga For A Bright And Successful Career In Any Field..

We have all heard about this name yog or ‘Yoga’ and also some of us do practice yoga or have atleast tried few of the asanas.
But do you know that by including yoga in your everyday life can change your entire perspective towards life?Yes you heard it right.For any kind of achievement in life,it is not a dream anymore.I am a yoga trainer but it was not always what I am today.

I studied MBA and was in a  MNC company and one after another got into top companies and the dream was coming true of earning enough money,buying house and all the dreams were coming true but in the process of this successful career I was loosing something that was the sane mind.I became so much busy that even Sunday being an off day globally was not a off day for me because of the hunger that grew deeper within me to earn more.

I was very distu at one point of time and I had insomnia,couldn’t sleep properl,couldn’t eat properly,couldnt enjoy the hobbies of my life that I loved to do,was getting irritated at everybody around me.It was then when I started to question myself that am I really happy?The answer was obvious,No,then it all happened that I started to rejuvenate myself,exploring the other aspects of life apart from job,attraction towards materialistic things.

I always wanted to learn yoga since my childhood but couldn’t do because of the immense number of pressure towards studies,job,marriage etc things of life that distracts us from the real goal of life which is peace of mind.

I joined an institution and joined Teachers Training course of Yoga and Meditatio.It was a wonderful experienc.It felt like I was born again.Everyday I practiced yoga and now I teach many students and also share my inner experience which I dealt with and by my efforts i came out of the materialisti,stressful life.

While learning yoga I also came to know about proper diet which includes 

1.Satvik Food

2.Rajasik  Food

3.Tamasik Food

These three categories of food impacts in our day to day life which includes how we react,what we think,how we behave and how we see our life.
Overall,I can say that learn yoga and also teach yoga because yoga is a way of life to live properly.
