Hello guys, welcome to one of my science blog. You must have heard about prediction of end of Earth. This trend which was started most probably around 2010 has been going on and every year someone is saying this will be last year of earth. Again some people have started predicting that corona like pandemics would completely end human civilisation. But excluding corona there are number of factors or threats for us. 

First one is climate change which is going to melt all ice on earth, rising sea levels causing Tsunami🌊🌊🌊  and engulfing costal regions . Drought, floods, severe cyclonic storms are also related to it. These are enough to kill millions of people. Secondly there are asteroids, comets which can cause  devastation. Again a black hole can take us into its core. Again atomic bombs, biowar are also a danger to us. 

But our sun would kill us. But how is it possible because sun provides us sunlight, energy which is used in various forms ranging from solar energy to food that we eat which is produced by plants. Life is possible on earth🌎🌎 only due to Sun. But let us see how it can kill us -

Our Sun uses Hydrogen, Helium as fuel. Nuclear☢️ fusion takes place in which hydrogen is converted into Helium. As a result huge amount of energy in form of light is produced Which is used by us. But fuel of our Sun ☀️☀️ is limited. It has been burning its fuel since 4.5 billion years. From a recent study it has been found that brightness of Sun ☀️☀️ is increasing @10% a year. Although 10% may seem negligible for you, but it would have greater effect on earth🌎🌎. 

One stage will come when the Sun will exhaust the hydrogen fuel in its core and start burning helium, forcing its transition into a red giant star. During this shift, its atmosphere will expand out to somewhere around 1 astronomical unit — the current average Earth-Sun distance. So Sun will be quite close to our mother Earth. This will cause drying off of our sea and water sources, plants would began to die leaving behind deserts all around.

 Then a black dwarf stage[ where it could become a Black hole] and  white dwarf stage. 

Are you afraid now. Then relax it would happen after around 5.4 billion years from now. So don't worry. But it is the reality.
