Wishing a good day to my lovely readers and dear bloggers, this blog is set to divulge about my demigod, hero, paragon or role model -Dr. Kalam.

Though he did not hail from an affluent family, he achieved greatness through his humbleness, simplicity, hardwork and exceptional potentials .

Before I start my blog, I would like to salute Kalam 's parents for their noble upbringing .They are the perfect example of how a child can be mentored and nurtured excellently through good parenting .

Kalam 's life is an open book to all of us. We are very well acquainted of his family, childhood days, career and all his achievements. So this blog is not going to be a biography rather I would like to highlight the uniqueness in our beloved Kalam Sir. Despite many scientists and presidents have thrived ,Kalam always secure a special place in our hearts.

His humbleness, integrity, religious tolerance, grounded nature, compassion along with his brilliance made him a successful engineer, an excellent team leader and ultimately very popular President.

He is the source of inspiration to countless individuals who want their country to be better, stronger  nation.

His genuine nature can be understood through this incident .At a function in at IIT (BHU) Varanasi where he was invited as chief guest, Kalam refused to sit on the President’s chair offered specially to him. This is because the chair was bigger in size and it was meant to give Kalam special honour. When the Missile Man was told to sit on the big chair, he took notice of it and humbly offered the seat to a university official instead.

During his tenure as President of India, Kalam made it a priority to meet as many young people ,especially students. He met almost a record-breaking target of 500,000 during his five-year term. When he left office in 2007, he was conferred a loving title of “Kalam Chacha” (“Uncle Kalam”) because he would receive hundreds of emails a day from young people inspired by his encouragement to “dream, dream, dream!” He is reported to have replied in person to nearly all of them.

He was a pious ,devout Muslim .But he had immense knowledge in Bhagavad Gita too and he used to quote anecdotes from all the scriptures in his speeches to motivate students.

Its indeed suprising to note that his few personal possessions included his books, Veena, some articles of clothing, a CD player and a laptop; at his death, he left no will, and his possessions went to his eldest brother, who survived him.

Its indeed my life's greatest blessing that I have seen him and received an award infront of him.

THANKS TO THE ALMIGHTY !!!
