Three one-day matches between India A and New Zealand A will begin on September 22. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) made the following announcement in a statement on Friday:
The India "A" squad has been chosen by the All-India Senior Selection Committee for the forthcoming three-match Mastercard one-day series against New Zealand "A" in Chennai.
Raj Angad Bawa and Tilak Verma are included in the lineup against New Zealand-A along with other members of the Under 19 World Cup squad.
Three four-day matches and as many one-day games were played while New Zealand A was on tour in India. The third unofficial 4-day game is currently being played at Bengaluru's Chinnaswamy Stadium.
With the bat, the home team scored 293 runs in their first innings, led by a stunning century from Ruturaj Gaikwad (108) and a valuable contribution from wicket-keeper batsman Upendra Yadav (76). Matthew Fisher, who recorded 4 for 52, was the most productive bowler for NZ-A.
In response, NZ-A were having trouble at 49-4 when Mark Chapman (92) helped to steady the innings. With 4 wickets remaining, they are currently only 74 runs short of the total scored by the hosts.

1st 1-day match: Sept. 22: MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai
2nd 1-day match: Sept. 25: MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai
3rd 1-day match: Sept. 27: MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai
