Being enthusiastic in whatever you do is actually helping you to get positive results. We have often heard people getting annoyed on their office work or homemaking or taking care of their children and so on. 

Mostly people are complaining about the problems in their life. Even if they seem to have a very stable and good life they seem to complain and they do not want to do their work with enthusiasm .

And there is where most of us go wrong. We do not want to enjoy our work and do. We love to complain about every thing in our life. And mostly in this way we suffer a miserable life. 

We always procrastinate and this brings more trouble in our lives.  We never enjoy thew work which we have in our hand. We do not like to cook for ourselves. We order food from zomato or swiggy or other apps. And this actually keeps us away from the joy of cooking. 

Actually cooking is quite a fun thing to do. Even if you have to cook everyday. it helps to reduce your stress. And its far better than ordered food from outside. You can actually get a good health if you cook for yourself everyday.

But how many of us actually like cooking for ourselves. Leave about your entire family…!

We never like to do cooking or washing clothes by ourselves or doing our own household work for ourselves. Even if we are bound to do them ,we never do them with enthusiasm and thats the reason why we do not get positive results in whatever we do. 

If you cook your food with enthusiasm and joy , the taste of your food will automatically increase and moreover you will get to enjoy a good health. 

But most of us do not seem to understand that. We complain about every work we do and that's why we lead a miserable life. And thats also a reason why we do not get our nights sleep . 

So we need to understand the importance of doing every work with enthusiasm. And there should never be any gradation of work you are doing. Like you should never underestimate cooking because its a household work and it does not give you any earning. You should do it with enthusiasm in order to get positive results in the shape of your good health.
