How can we manage our studies and work together? 
Do you have a part-time job and want to spend your remaining time wisely? Perhaps you want to graduate but are afraid of going into debt. Don't panic - it's perfectly possible to work and study at the same time while maintaining a social life! Hard working is more better than smart work 

Teenagers have jobs during their school days. do you think that is a good idea? Young people in some countries work while attending school. I don't think it's a good idea to work while you're young. I think this is due to the fact that it affects their education and health and causes social problems. 
First of all, work affects the education of students. Especially now that information is expanding, students should spend more time getting a good education. Therefore, if a student wants to get a good education, he  should spend all  his  time  studying. If students have to work while studying, they have to spend a significant amount of time and have to limit the amount of time they can devote to their studies. 
Second, hiring teenagers is harmful to their health. The work is mentally and physically demanding. To stay on task, you need to show up on time and on time, complete your assigned tasks, and resolve issues that arise at work. Teenagers are not yet mature enough to withstand this kind of stress that can have detrimental effects on their health. 
Finally, youth jobs are bad for the community. Due to the lack of job opportunities for her teens in today's culture, some adults may lose their jobs if they participate in job opportunities. Unemployed adults are more likely to become alcoholics and depressed, which can threaten social stability. 
Balancing study and work together: 
It can be difficult to  balance work and study at the same time. Learning on the job is common, but can cause stress if not done properly. Whatever your reason for having to study or work, you need a solid strategy to deal with it. Balancing work and school can feel daunting, but with a little planning and self-discipline, it's possible. Need to utilize our time in a proper way. We wont study 24 hours in a day. We just study 2 to 3 hours a day then we get bored so when that time we can do any part time jobs .
