Rice flour : Take some rice flour and mix it with honey. Apply this paste on the torn ankles and let it dry for sometime. Wash it off with warm water. Honey will moisturize and rice flour will remove the roughness of the feet.
Ripe banana : Take a ripe banana and mash it. Now apply it on the the cracked area of the feet and let it dry for 15 minutes. Wash it off with normal water and after that apply moisturizer on the feet.
Coconut oil : Coconut oil works as a remedy for various problems related to skin and cracked heels is one of them. Clean the feet thoroughly with water and then apply some coconut oil on the feet. It will fill the cracked areas quickly as well as reduce swelling. It can also cure if there is bleeding from the cracks.
Milk and honey : Milk and honey both are very beneficial for our skin. For the problem of cracked heels, make a thin paste of milk and honey. Apply it on the the cracked areas of the feet and let it try for sometime. Then wash it with cold water.
