Here, I am with very basic and simple healthy habits that you should inculcate in your daily routine. Before starting, i want to mention that i am not a dietician or doctor. These are only based on my experience till date. If you have any chronic disorder, please consult your doctor before changing your habit or diet. Happy reading guys... ❤❤❤
1.Drink lots of water immediately after waking up from bed without brushing your teeth. To get more benefit from this ritual, you can use copper bottle/jug and glass for storing water whole night.
2. Freshen up and try to drink some refreshing drinks like amla juice, aloevera juice, ridge gourd juice, carrot juice as per your choice and body requirements just after brushing in empty stomach. Some people also love to drink warm wate with honey and lemon.
3. Always avoid drinking tea/coffee in the empty stomach which is one of the worst habit in today's modern lifestyle. This can cause several health disorders in long run. If you are really addicted to these drinks at morning, try to take them after having some food. Reduce the quantity and the number of times that you are having tea/coffee. Instead of normal tea/coffee, you can go for herbal tea without tea powder. This is a quite healthy drink that will boost your immunity power and help you to fight against several diseases.
Here is the simplest and easiest way to make the herbal tea.
Materials required:
Clove - 2-3
Green Cardamom- 2
Cinnamon- 1stick
Ajwain- 1/2 tea spoon
Saunf -1/2 teaspoon
Haldi- 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger- 2inches (grated)
Betel leaves-1
Tulsi leaves-5-6
Blackpeeper-4
Tej pata (Bay leaf) -1
Crush all the whole spices ingredients and add all the ingredients in 2 glasses of water and boil . Make the quantity to the half and then switch off the flame . Then strain the tea and add honey/sugar/jaggery as per your taste and drink the herbal tea in luke warm condition.
4. Try to avoid oily things and fast foods in your diet as much as possible.
5. Don't skip your breakfast.
6. Eat green vegetables, nuts, coconut water, fruits milk, proteins, different seeds like flax seed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed , etc in your diet.
7. Reduce the quantity of 3 white powders (All purpose flour or maida, sugar and salt) in your diet. Instead of sugar, use honey, Jaggery, coconut sugar etc. which are more healthier option than sugar
8. Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water daily. Never drink water immediately after taking your meals. At least keep 30minutes to 1 hour gap between them.
9.Don't drink cold water.
10.Follow a proper diet chart at proper time.
11.Take proper sleep.
12. Do exercise/ pranayam/ yoga/asana, etc . It is said that 10 min exercises give 10hrs working capacity.
13. Try to use herbal/homemade/natural/organic products for your lifestyle.
14. Put on comfortable clothes.
15. Try to learn new things everyday.
