Choose to be happy. Yes, it is a matter of choice . When negative thoughts enter your mind, just refuse to look at them, doing your best substitute them with happy thoughts. 

Look at the bright side of life. Make the right choice; by repeated attempts you can be successful in doing so. 

Choose to be optimistic 

Find reasons to smile more often. You can find such reasons, if you search for them. 

Have faith in yourself. 

Associate yourself with happy people. 

Read inspiring stories and quotes. 

Repeat the statements that inspire and motivate you. 

Visualize on only what you want to be, not on what you don't want. 

Learn to master your thoughts. 

POSITIVE ATTITUDE WILL LEAD TO :

Positive Thinking 

Constructive Thinking 

Creative thinking 

Optimism 

Motivation and energy to do things and accomplish goals 

An attitude of happiness 

    Keep an eye on how your daily life is affected by your routines 

A regular routine may consist of bad habits also which are keeping you away from reaching your goals. Healthy routines are required to come over these bad habits. Your bad routines need not be always smoking and consuming alcohol. It might be simple like playing video games for long time. Playing video games, watching your favorite series cannot be considered as bad. But, if you  ddo it for a long time, it will consume the time and block you from reaching you long term goal. 

Restrict or put a time limit on these activities and use the time to complete a task relevant to a long term goal. 

     A Positive frame of mind can help you in many ways, such as :

  • Excepting success and not failure 
  • Making you feel inspired 
  • It gives you the strength not to give up, if you encounter obstacles on your way 
  • It makes you look at failure and problems as blessings in other form 
  • Enables you to show self-esteem and confidence 
  • You look for solutions, instead of adding on problems 
  • You see and recognize opportunities 

      

        Reduce Wasted Time…. 

There may be unavoidable parts of your day that seem to waste time, such as travelling to your work location. Have a look at your schedule and notice the wasted time moments. Think on how you can use that time effectively and reduce the time wasted. 

For example : Read novels, newspapers or go through your day-to-day reports while travelling. 

Plan your day in the previous night itself….. .

    It is always better to make plans for your day in advance. It might take some time to work out all the twists and turns, if you have not made a plan before itself.
