Hello to all, today I am sharing with you all one more food recipe. This is my first bread recipe which I am sharing today. The name of this recipe is Blueberry Banana Bread.
I hope we all eat breads in one or another way. Please try this recipe as it is healthy and delicious too. So without any further discussion let us jump to the recipe.
Blueberry Banana Bread

Ingredient which we will need to make the bread:
1 cup self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 medium bananas, mashed
2 egg whites
1/3 cup low fat Greek yogurt
1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup granulated sweetener (we used stevia)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup frozen blueberries
These are the ingredients, now lets see the steps required to make these delicious breads.
Method or steps
1. Firstly start with Lining a loaf tin with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius so that our oven gets perfect temperature.
2. Now Place the flour and baking powder into a large bowl and combine them well.
3. Into another bowl, add the mashed banana, egg whites, Greek yogurt, almond milk, stevia and vanilla extract. Mix them together.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and gently fold until combined, do not over mix it just mix it by using cut and fold method mix through the blueberries until evenly distributed.
5. Once the batter comes together next what you need to do is to Pour the batter into the prepared baking tin and bake the loaf for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick when inserted comes out clean.
Once it is cooked properly keep it aside and let it cool down. After it cools down unmold it and cut it into pieces like bread.
So our Blueberry Banana Bread is ready, enjoy it with fruit jam or as you like. This bread is a perfect option to feed healthy foods to kids as they rarely eat. So try them for your kids. I hope they like this bread.
