Biscuit base - 100 gms digestive biscuits any of your choice
Crumble the biscuit in a packet and set aside.
Gajar Halwa : To prepare gajar halwa we will need
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Carrots grated - 3 cups
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Dairy Cream - 1 cup (Preferred full fat cream)
- Milk - 1 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
- Few strands of saffron
- Nuts and dry fruits - 1/4 cup chopped

Method for Halwa:
Firstly add ghee to a non-stick kadhai (you can use regular kadhai as well) and sauté the grated carrots on low heat for 12-15 minutes till it gets tender.
Now add in the fresh cream, milk, sugar, dry fruits, saffron and cardamom powder in our tender carrot and cook down for another 15-20 mins, stirring it continuously till milk solids are seen and desired consistency is achieved.

- Cream cheese - 200 gms
- Dairy Cream - 100 gms
