I Have Beared It All

This blog is dedicated as a motivation post to all the people out there who are demotivated and have lost hopes. This is a impromptu recital (I have beared it all - A short recital) from my end which i have written when I myself had lost hopes and patience to wait out for the silver lining at the end.

To be honest this is specifically for anyone facing the corporate sharks out there/undergoing internship wherein they want to learn but are not been given enough time and anyone who is feeling lost and lonely.

I hope this can bring some positivity and give the strength to face the challenges in life. Also please ignore any nuances that you all might feel are not relevant since this is my first starting point with the sole intention of bringing in some motivation.

So here it goes,

I have beared it all (Initial phare)

Right from the starting point

With a blank slate

Both physically and mentally

I have beared it all (the low moments)

From having long low days

To having small moments that make my day

I have beared it all (The new comer)

From being a newbie

To becoming an expert in handling cross - roads

I have beared it all (Just holding up)

From almost on the verge of giving up

To going out there and winning those moments in the best possible way

I have beared it all (Understanding the corporate world

From seeing shades of personality

To highlighting one

I have beared it all (For navigating)

From sitting on the rollercoaster

To making them walk through the stairway

I have beared it all (Seeing my point)

From navigating through their highway

To wishing they navigate through my cross-roads

I have beared it all (the past time)

How I wish they could bear it all over again and remember the bygone times of long forgotten memories

But nevertheless I have beared it all (Conclude)

                                                                                       ~Srijita

(This part may be ignored. This is just an explanation for the above for those might not understand the meaning)

The explanation of this recital goes as follows for anyone whose unable to catch it.

Enduring anything that life gives us but in this case its more for the corporate world. Means that it is indicating of anyone starting a new role/job/internship. With no previous knowledge about the functioning/role/department. The depressing moments/feeling lost. The times of joy when even achieving something minute also pleases us.

Their are various categories of people in general as well as in the corporate world. Understanding which category each person belongs to. The unfair speed and knowledge which they expect us to carry right from day 1, getting them to see that we are just starting out and not experienced as them

At some point they might have also started out like us and struggled as well which they have forgotten and are making us endure a enlarged version of the struggles when all we want to do is learn.

We all have the strength to face it and we should just remember at some point there is a silver lining which will sooner or later come to light.

Thank you to everyone who takes time in reading it. I hope this could bring in some positivity.
