A smile is a universal language. smile is the first word of love and compassion. It is a delighted, kind or excited facial expression.  A smile can encourage another human being. A good smile actually makes you feel happy.

Smile can release the hormone endorphin. This hormone is produced when our body feels stress or pain. Endorphins help us to lower the pain, relieve the stress and improve our mood. Some studies suggest that smiling or laughing can reduce your blood pressure and decrease the chance of cardiovascular disease.

A smile is very important to the existence of us,     human beings. Frequently we underestimate the power of a smile. But come to think of it, a smile can melt a heart. Smile is the first facial expression we learn to control. Our brain can recognise a smile even from 90 meters away while only being able to recognise other facial expressions from half of the distance.

Scientists have found that a smile can make us happy eating 2000 bars of chocolate or receiving 25 thousand dollars. Interesting, right? A recent study at Uppsala University, Sweden found that it's very difficult to frown when looking at someone who smiles. You ask why? Because smiling is evolutionary, contagious and it could move mountains.

Smiling enhances positive emotions. Everyone has both positive and negative emotions in their mind. When you choose to smile frequently, that boosts your positive emotions.

A smile can have a genuine influence on others. It can brighten someone's day, lift their spirits, and create a sense of connection. Smiling is contagious, so when you smile at someone, they're more likely to smile back, developing a positive effect. Moreover, a smile can express affection, friendliness, and approachability, making interactions more pleasant. It facilitates good relationships. The simple act of smiling can spread happiness and improve social interactions.

Your smile can influence other people in the following ways:

1.Emotional Attachment: A smile can build an instant emotional relationship with others, facilitating an empathetic attitude.

2. Faith and Approachability: A genuine smile can make us seem more loyal and approachable, enabling us to break down boundaries and build relationships.

3. Mood Boost: Seeing someone smile can cheer up our day and boost our mood.

4. Stimulates Positivity: Smiling can stimulate others to focus on the hopeful aspects of life and acquire a more positive outlook.

5. Creates a Sense of Belonging: Smiling can make others feel more included and valued, fostering a feeling of belonging.

6. Prompts Gratitude: A smile can incite feelings of gratitude and affection in others, directing to a more pleased and grateful mindset.

7. Universal language: Smiling can break the language and cultural boundaries, relating people from distinct environments.

8. Creates a Ripple Effect: A single smile can create a ripple effect, motivating other people to smile and circulate happiness, developing a positivity that can influence many lives.

So, the next time you are feeling low, try to smile. Even if you are down, the act of smiling can have a positive impact on your well-being.
