Useful And Effective Ways To Achieve Goals

As we can see that people wanted to achieve their goals without any strategy and determination. Millions of students have their dreams, goals and aims but due to wrong strategy and habits many people failed in getting success. Only 10% people succeed in achieving goals because they adopt right strategy and habits. A right strategy helps you to stick with your goals. We have problems in our lives, we have obstacles and we have many distractions that get us away from goal. I'm also a student, I have to face problems, distractions and obstacles as well. Then I adopted some psychological habits that is really effective.Sometimes we have given our best but have failed to get results .So I wanted to share it with you so maybe it will help you to get focused. 

1.Plan your day before go to sleep. 

There are many ways to stay focused on the goal but this method is really effective . And I'm still used this method. When we planned our day, we know  what to do and how to do. If your memory is strong then you can plan your day in your mind but if you forget things like me so you can plan your day by writing it in diary. A diary is a must thing in student's life. So whoever is reading this article please get a diary, it's really helpful. 

2.Do difficult things first

According to psychology, our mind is more active in morning so do the difficult things in morning it will help you to get it done easily. Like if you want to learn the topics, pick the difficult one. Your mind is effective so you'll understand it easily and having clarity about the topic. 

3.Avoid distractions

When I'm started studying, I faced so many distractions like the most one is smartphone. So to avoid phone I hide the notifications of every single application in my phone and turn it on silent and then I gave my phone to my parents, it will help. And if you are obsessed with phone and social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook so when you studying you'll still think about these applications, so when it happens just write down your thoughts on a rough paper. It will really help you to get overcome of these thoughts while studying. 

4.Always take a break

Sometimes your parents talk about other children's that they studied for 10 hours in a day or studied whole day. So how's it possible, we really do thought about this. It could be possible by practicing study efficiently and always take a break in the middle. And if you do this daily your time limit is also increased and you can also studies for 10 hours in a day and shocked your parents as well. 

5.Keep up your energy

Well it happens with everyone that after some time we started feeling sleepy so you have to consume lite diet and drinks lot of water to stay hydrated. Always keeps a water bottle with you. Sometimes we feels that we can't do this anymore so write down a motivational quotes on your diary or you can also paste stickers of motivational quotes on wall. It will help you. 

6.Stop doing multi tasks

Plan your day like you have to do 3 tasks in a day. If you choose multitasking works so your mind feels pressurized and burdened and it's not good for mental health.
