A Key To Self Love

Self love comes from self acceptance learning to accept the current version of yourselves Right now. it's really hard all the childhood trauma we been through our parents behavior it's affect who we are now. 

Step1:forgiveness

   Forgive yourself is essential to access the love and the desire we want to give ourselves. So something you beat yourself up for. It's time to letting go my friend. For me forgiveness is energetic cutting from things that weigh you down or burdening. So loving yourself as you are right now is key for everything. 

Step2: let go of past

  We can't change our past what happen is happened so letting go of the past is allow us to accept ourselves who we are right now

Step3:making peace with ourselves

  Making peace with who you are right now there is no fighting, no hurting, no sabotaging or anything. We no longer choose to hate ourselves but empower ourselves and love ourselves so this all ties into together helping to cultivate more self love through acceptance, acceptance through forgiving ourselves, letting go of past, and making peace with who you are right now and step after acceptance is to empower yourself to tell a new story. Tell yourself empowering story that make you feel good about yourself. 

         Loving myself is a choice I make❤

*Recharge and nurture yourself

*keep some space and set boundaries to yourself. 

∆ask questions: what do I really need right now? 

May be you really need is sleep or call friends or family. 

Tips: 

  1. Write a list of things you love about yourself(I know it's hard to make list for after but you ask you friend or family what they like about you that may helps) 
  2. Write a list of your flaws(it's about learning to embrace the good and bad as well)
  3. Level up your self care (feel your best every day for me music make me feel good I wake up and listen good and uplift music)
  4. Stop comparing yourself with other (everyone path is different we all are unique)
  5. Utilize positive affirmation (write something that make you feel good like affirmation create your own affirmation)
  6. Keep gratitude journey (grateful about little things make feel good)

Self love take time it's like building a muscle little by little everyday practice will leads you a good life. Happy journey to self love and thank you for reading.
