Today the world is facing pandemic of Corona Virus that is Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome SARS-CoV-2 alternative known as COVID-19 or Coronavorus Disease-19 , our scientists have found the vaccine which aids in fighting the virus from the spread and reduces the efficiency of the spread of virus.

If the vaccines are meant to prepared to fight viruse then why do we get fever and headache.

To know the fact first we have to understand the behaviour of the virus.

Corona virus is RNA virus which enters in the host and enters the host cell thru the receptors present on the host cell. There is only one way when virus can enter host' cell, that is through the bond between virus crowny spike proteins and host cells receptor. 

When virus has reached inside the host's cell it reaches to the ribosome and makes the photocopies of itself, this is the reason that at this point of time host's immune system is unaware of the potential threat and it allows virus to make it's photocopies untill host's immune system realise of some unwanted guest's explosive increment in count. 

This triggers the immune systems which makes antibody, these are the fighting soldiers which prevents virus attaching with host cell. In a healthy person quantity of the antibody is adequate and thus it fights back in appropriate way, in person whose immune system is weak the story is different, in those cases the virus wins the battle and they need reinforcement in terms of medication which helps improve antibodies and oxygen. 

The same process happens when person has taken vaccine. It maximize the process of making antibodies and it creates the environment as if the real fight is going on with viruses and thus fever and headaches are seen in many of the persons who have taken vaccines.

We even have seen that person is infected or reinfected even after taking vaccine, in this case we've to understand that vaccines which are MRNA based do not kill the virus but they stop the binding of the virus with host's immune cells, and it aids in making antibodies in a significant manner.
