When it comes to preventing and treating hair loss, many
people overlook one important thing. That is diet.
Nutrient deficiencies can cause hair loss, but taking the
right and nutritious diet not only helps to get rid of hair
loss, but also improves growth.
It is normal to lose a certain number of hairs every day. If
hair falls in more numbers than normal, it can be a cause
of distress and worry.

1. Effect of certain drugs:

Some medicines have side effects, which can cause hair
loss. Such drugs include blood thinners, such as warfarin,
to treat acne, antidepressants including Prozac and
Zoloft, beta reduction, cholesterol-lowering drugs.
If a person thinks their hair loss is due to a medication
they are taking, they should discuss their options with
their doctor. The doctor may be able to reduce the dose
or give the person a different medicine.

2. nutritional deficiencies:

Lack of nutrients can also cause your hair to fall. A diet
that is very low in protein and iron can sometimes lead to
excessive hair loss.
A person should visit a doctor for a blood test to check if
they have a nutritional deficiency, which could be the
reason behind their hair loss.

3. Consumption of Birth Control Pills:

You may experience hair loss while using birth control
pills. While some people may experience hair loss several
weeks or months after they stop taking them.
If you are taking it, you can choose pills with a lower
androgen index. This can help reduce the risk of hair loss.

To reduce hair fall:-

1. Eggs:

Eggs are like nature's multivitamin as they contain a
variety of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Some
elements that are related to healthy hair include protein,

biotin, selenium and zinc. Eggs are a great source of
protein, which is important for preventing hair fall.

2. Green  Vegetables:

Green leafy vegetables are rich in nutrients that prevent
hair fall. Vegetables like cabbage, spinach, collards
contain vitamin A, iron, beta-carotene, folate and vitamin
C. One cup of cooked spinach contains about 6
milligrams of iron. This is one nutrient that is important
for strong, healthy hair.

3. Nuts and Seeds:

Nuts and seeds contain nutrients like zinc, omega-3 fatty
acids, selenium, vitamin E, etc., which strengthen hair
and reduce hair fall. Include walnuts, almonds, flax seed,
chiya seed in your diet. Elements found in nuts and seeds
can strengthen your hair, according to a 2019
