Wednesday is an American supernatural comedy horror anand entertainment  television series based on Charles Addams' character Wednesday Addams. It stars Jenna Ortega as the titular character, with Gwendoline Christie, Riki Lindhome, Jamie McShane, Hunter Doohan, Percy Hynes White, Emma Myers, Joy Sunday, Georgie Farmer, Naomi J. Ogawa, Christina Ricci, and Moosa Mostafa in supporting roles. Tim Burton, who also serves as executive producer, directs four of the eight episodes. It follows Wednesday Addams as she tries to solve a monster mystery at her new school.Wednesday's visions, which appear to be fragments of the future, are attempting to communicate with her. What about the drawings inside the books in the secret basement that appear to show the future? And Xavier, the student artist (Percy Hynes White), who can bring his paintings to life? And, don’t tell me there’s nothing more to Dr Kinbott (Riki Lindhome), the therapist in charge of Wednesday’s court-mandated counselling sessions, than meets the eye. After a while, one comes to accept that there isn't much point in asking questions (for example, how did the villain raise a dead guy when we were told that the dead can't be raised? Alternatively, how did Wednesday get into that man's car without him hearing his trunk close? Why doesn't Wednesday avoid the villain's knife attack given how good she is at fencing?). Wednesday's suspense takes too long to come together, and the anticipation of its climax is tinged with disappointment due to the previous episodes' "anything goes" policy. The series is so focused on the questions it keeps posing to us that it never pauses to consider whether we still care. The Wednesday didn't like any relationship and friendships. We see Wednesday trapped in a love triangle, unsure how to navigate new feelings of romantic attraction; she learns that not everyone is useless and moronic: not her colourful flatmate (Emma Myers), not the school queen bee (Joy Sunday) and especially not her parents (Catherine Zeta-Jones and Luis Guzmán, who don't appear much but strike Wednesday as needlessly overbearing). Wednesday saves lives and attends her first school dance, all while dealing with a complicated family history of oppression... and a new superpower. (There's always a new superpower to discover.) In the end, Wednesday does that satisfying thing where the friendships take precedence over the romances. Wednesday begins the show as an outcast and ends it as one.Wednesday confronts Miss Thornhill, and learns that she used plant-derived chemicals to unlock the monster within Tyler, at the same time enslaving the teen to do her bidding. Which involved killing kids, while she made Wednesday feel special, before ultimately sacrificing her
