Hi friends, hope all are doing good. This is not a review but just my views. There are very few films that are related to sports genre are being released. This movie is about an athlete, who loses his leg due to an accident, his dreams are being shattered. He takes up the role of coaching a poor village girl and how he succeeds in doing so, forms the rest of the plot.
Aadhi is the hero of the film and he does a great job in the role of a physically challenged athlete. Aakansha Singh who is the heroine and wife of Aadhi in this film, does a decent role of a wife who is being ignored by husband, similar to the role of Samantha in the movie “Majili”, caring and understanding wife, who helps her husband to come out of the life tragedy. Nasser does the villian and Prakash raj does a supporting role. Krisha Kurup is the athlete who is trained by Aadhi.
Again the politics involved in sports in explained in this movie in a great manner, to make hero lose in the contest, the villian goes to any extreme level and how the hero comes out of them is explained clearly. May be in the current era with the social media support, he is able to overcome the difficulties, but if this has happened about decades ago, then it could not have been a reality.
The harassment women undergo in government office also is shown. The movie is directed by debutant Prithvi aditya and he has done good justification to the movie and Illayaraja's music is pillar of the movie. Even though, the music gives us the feel of 80's or 90's, it is still pleasant to hear. The way Aadhi has shown the emotions of a physically challenged athlete is very good and wish he takes up some strong roles like that. Very less characters in the movie, but still keeps the movie engaging.
With a running length of about 2 hrs and 6 minutes, the movie is engaging, hero visits the girl's village and helps her to come out of the blocks and succeed in her career perspective. In the disclaimer of the movie, they have given that if these events are not taken from anywhere and it might be purely coincidental but this is the reality that is happening in the many parts of the country.
Thanks for reading…..
