If there is one problem which has not been discussed openly on public platforms and in media, that is unemployment. Yes, unemployment. This is not the first time our country is facing this as it is a problem that has been existing since our very independence. We, i mean our nation has never seen a 0% unemployment till date and as time is passing by it seems more difficult to achieve that number.
The fact to understand here is that unemployment is not just our problem or one can say, it is a problem that has taken every corner of the globe under its trap.
The saying goes, every problem has a solution and luckily there is a solution to unemployment as well. Now you must be wondering that if there is a solution, why haven't we solved it yet, right? Well, probably this needs entire leadership under the sky to come together, sit on a table and then come to a conclusion but this has to be tackled by every country as every one is facing this same problem.
If there is a problem which is common among every countries in the globe, it is probably unemployment which indeed has a solution!
One must also understand that this has been a major issue that has been existing amongst us since decades now and because of this it is not just the responsibility of the government to exercise on this matter.
It must be the soul responsibility of every individual organisation, small or big to contribute on their level.
The unemployment has given first to another problem which is again not discussed on a open platform and that is hunger.
According to various surveys and reports, the hunger ration of one of the worlds leading and powerful country (USA) has stood around 3% which in number stand at 11.6 million household including that of children reported that they sometimes or often did not have enough to eat during weeks.
We know that there are organisation around the world are working tirelessly day and night to fight the problem of hunger but even that seems impossible until and unless we have heavy cash flow or funding to fight with this major problem.
Fighting the problem of hunger will be the very stepping stone of our to think of fighting the problem of unemployment. Today as we are moving ahead in times we are seeing a drastic increase in Skill based work. The demand of skills has increased drastically in recent years and will continue to grow in coming times.
Education or just getting educated with a degree won't work. We need schools and colleges to practice skill development to be performed form the very juniors of a student so that when when a kid gets older he/she will find these going hand in hand.
