Answer is STRESS LESS.
“A sound Mind in a Sound Body “ . It is important to take equal care of your mind with the body. Having a Youthful mind also drives you toward a healthy lifestyle . Not only your body but your brain also needs to workout. There are few points you should learn listed below-
• Try to break the tendency of sticking to one specific routines. You know like try to do something new and exciting every single day, not just doing same things over and over, having a Monotonous life rusts your brain or body. So provide lubricant to yourself and go out for an adventure, I guess.
• Confront your brain with new information at regular intervals, by this you enable your brain to build new connections & it is revitalized . You start feeling energetic and young. That’s why it is important to expose yourself to change even if it means stepping out of your comfort zone or feeling a bit of anxiety . It's alright buddy.
Now we all know a little biology like how this stress thing works . How you panic by out of blue situations and the neurons in your head activate the pituitary gland followed by adrenal gland blah blah. And tou finally get stressed. However, in the beginning we might feel charged up to do any task but Stress has degenerative effects over time, that certainly can not be ignored and need your attention.
You already know - PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE , heard it before right ? Now its time to adapt it too. So be mindful about reducing your stress. Learn to turn off the Autopilot mode that’s steering in endless loops which is One task at a time . Put some efforts and know what is good for you , not only what you want ( there is a difference in b/w your need and want, if you have read a little bit of economics, I had this as one of my half/minor courses in my graduation, so I know a little bit of this 😬).
•Further , do not forget to enjoy whatever you do , be it your walk, work, food, sports , studies or any social activity. You should not do your errands with any compulsion. You should be doing it for yourself, to make yourself happy and not others. Because they are not going to ask if you are doing okay? If your mental health is good. It is you who is responsible for everything , you are the incharge of your mind, soul & body.
•Also don't do such things that stress others, making yourself happy doesn't mean you will sing all the day to irritate others. That would be selfish .
