let us get on with the rest of the veg subs
This sub is like a mix of traditional Subway with some Indian ‘spice up’. Well not exactly Indian but rather let’s say one which would be accepted by Indian taste buds. My personal opinion on it is that this sub is not versatile and I would suggest to keep the sub’s nature saucy in this. However I would say lettuce, onions, olives and jalapenos with mint mayo, barbeque and chili or sweet onion(depending on your taste) will suite this sub the best according to me.
The fun thing about this one is that not only subway but every major international fast food chain has named one of their item related to or exactly ‘aloo patty’. It is like they all have replaced ham or their major meat with ‘aloo patty’. My opinion on this is rather simple. cheese and potato are in my opinion a perfect combination so try to add extra cheese or add lettuce, onion and tomato making it a classic burger combination. In sauce it’s up to you but I prefer it rather saucy.
I rather have a very same review on this patty as aloo patty as these two things are rather common in every fast food chain. I will just suggest you to add all veggies and in sauce it’s all up to you but would suggest you three sauce systems .
This is probably the first choice of first timers in Subway because let’s be honest who doesn’t love panner. This sub can probably be the most sell ED item in subway as paneer for Indians is like gold. This protein is rather mushy so try add less veggies and keep it saucy to make it a less mushy when you eat it
This is my favourite lunch sub. This is probably the mushiest with three scoops of corn and peas. I would suggest for first time tell the guy to add only 2 scoops if you want to enjoy the sub without making a mess. Keep small sized veggies like olive and pickles and try to not go beyond 3 sauces. Also toast the bread as it will help to keep the whole sub intact
This is my all time favourite VEG sub and probably the best sub for first timers to try. Subway tofu, in my opinion is better then panner tikka as it has more texture and with fresh bread it is just mind blowing. Try to make a balanced sub in matters of sauce and try to add more olives, it is definitely worth it.
So this was it guys, end of veg subs. Next I will be doing egg subs followed by non veg protein and after that we will move on to veggies and sauces .So stay tuned
