Hello beautiful people. Firstly I want to clear that this is not a rip off of a famous line from departed. Proteins, they are like the soul of the sub. this thing is what makes your sub totally different from one sitting next to you. This is like the menu of Subway. Everyone orders by first choosing their protein and then get into arranging “stuff” in bread. In this blog I will be going by the first group which ,in most subway can see on the first board of subs. these subs include
The most basic stuff of sub as it has no protein at all. It is what it says a delight of veggies. This item might look basic but this sub is the hardest to make, for the customer of course .You need to be really strong in you sauce, bread and veggies game because due to no protein these are the only thing your mouth will be able to taste.
‘Holaaa ! amigos.”The Mexican patty is one of a kind patty in subway’s audience eye because Mexican patty is for people who has experience other taste or have developed taste buds. Many people hate the fact of it containing beans. this patty has beans with potato and on a personal note one of the best looking protein or ‘tikki’.if you are taking it take a toasted bread and try to keep juicy veggies or try to keep it saucy.
This is one of the crowd favorite and subway’s answer that in veg ‘Panner’ is not everything. This item is as desi as it can get. It has that tangy taste of childhood in it. I personally do not prefer it all because I think there are better thing in subway. If you are a vegetarian then as for a first try I would recommend you this sub. keep the bread toasted and have liquid sauce with it .
This one is more of a basic stuff. It feels like subway just wanted to fill the extra spot. The tikki moreover taste similar to aloo patty and also it’s doesn’t taste like hara bhara kebab. The only thing that I like about it is that his is the heaviest sub among THESE six .If you are ordering this then go for olive, pickles andjalepeno combination and keep only saucy sauce with an exception of sweet onion.
This is the real deal .Subway knew what Indians wanted and introduced this. The seekh goes best with toasted bread and goes best with mint sauce. If you are looking for authentic seekh taste then it’s not going to happen but if you want to taste classic subway and Indian at the same time then this is it
So this was the first group. Keep checking for part 2 and non veg groups.
