There are different -2 rights which we have in our country India . But are many such rights which we don't know but it is really exist as our rights in Indian constitution . If you are interested to know about the emergency rights where we don't know how we do in that situation then PLEASE read this blog up till the end.

THR EMERGENCY RIGHTS OF INDIAN CITIZENS —

The rights which are specially and particularly made for the different -2 subjects like some rules made for specially for the girls and women . To prove this , one right is also exist like this . If any man is staring to any girl/woman up to the 14 seconds then according to the section 354 , any men can't staring more than 14 seconds to any girl , if anyone committed this crime , he could be punished 2 years for imprisonment or also take large fine or also do both things in emergency case.

Like the above rights there are also many rights which exist for the take care of the citizen like if any person wants to use the toilet and also wants for water facility then it is really a right of every citizen that he / she can uses toilet and take water facility in any hotel of India either it is 5 star hotel or any other lower hotel. The reason behind this law , is that in ancient time there is a situation of world war 2 , at that time govt. launches a new law to increase the brotherhood which law is also exist till now.

Everybody uses gas cylinder in their homes but one right which is regarding to this cylinder is not known by everyone that is if anyone faces the problem of bursting the cylinder then he/ she will not responsible for this . There is only one responsible person which take care the cylinder department where we take service of gas cylinder. There is a strict law for this accident and up to 1 lakh payment is given by the gas agency to the suffer family .

These are the three mot important rights which is given by our constitution for the citizen of India.
