Its Important You Take Care Of This Too And Not Only Covid19 !!

The subtle invisible enemy that has entered our lives for more than a year is this COVID19. A disease called Corona which is contagious and spreads rapidly so the world was frozen for about 3 months, people suffered a lot financially, many lost relatives. Many people lost their jobs. Many had to leave the cities for years. Educational damage has also occurred on a large scale. Yet with the help of Survival Instinct man overcomes every situation and comes out of it with time. Similarly, by the month of February, it seemed that public life would return to normal. And after a year or so, economic losses will be met. The vaccine came with the greatest hope ,But this did not happen and as if we were moving in a loop of time, in March the situation reached where it was a year ago. And now it is deteriorating day by day.

If you look at around, there is an atmosphere of fear. People are constantly discussing the same , corona cases , masks , sanitizers , preventative measures , drugs , vaccines and cases of death. Everyone is tired of these discussions but naturally everyone is discussing this and as a result is horrified. Everyone is confused , a thousand kinds of doubts - suspicions , tricks , worries about work and even inner fears , care of relatives. We are all stuck in this situation. In fact, probably the Corona infecting 2 person from 10, but 8 from 10  people who suffer from an illness are more dangerous , is called Health Anxiety

Health anxiety means feeling mentally disturbed , constantly restless , constantly living in doubt of something happening , being scared. In the current situation , " what if i ll get corona? ' To live in anxiety. To those who are thinking corona is everywhere , what will be if the lock down will happen again? Staying tense with thoughts of what will happen in the world now. The atmosphere is such that it is normal to have fear but it is important to be careful not to spread it into anxiety and then into mental discomfort.

Corona disease is now a year old , its treatment and medicines are becoming available. Vaccines are also available through government efforts and 25% of people have already received them. In addition , we can prevent the spread of corona with the help of masks , sanitizers and social distinguishing. So more caution is needed than fear of corona. But there is also a need to pay attention to mental health

Many cases have been reported in which relatives have lost their lives due to heart attack due to corona anxiety. Now there are cases of people committing suicide out of fear of Corona. Stress is responsible in both of these types. Also many people have lost their lives in one year due to anxiety from work. Many students and children are suffering from depression. Therefore, it is necessary to be careful , to be strong in mind , to be positive , but also to take care of the people around.

How is it possible to know that a person is a victim of health anxiety ?

  • Fear of constant corona infection
  • Do penance whether there is a symptom of corona in one's body or not
  • Don't talk about any topic except COVID 19
  • Too much to watch or read the news of covid
  • Don't believe even if Corona's report is negative
  • Constantly thinking about the epidemic of corona to the extent that there is no focus even at work.
  • Don't fall asleep and have bad dreams
  • Thinking that anyone you meet will give the corona virus
  • Excessive and frequent use of hand sanitizers and disinfectant sprays

A person with these symptoms may experience partial or complete mental discomfort. However at the present time most people are going through this. So everyone needs to help each other

What should be done ? 

  • Take precautionary measures and trust them.
  • Don't spread rumors and don't fall into its trap
  • Don't rely on every information about covid on the internet
  • It is possible to read or watch the news only once a day.
  • Concentrate on work in the workplace and avoid false discussions
  • Don't call the cases heard unnecessary, especially the cases of death
  • Discuss what you like and encourage others to do the same
  • Have a positive attitude and instill good ideas
  • Be confident and spread it.
  • If you feel mentally unwell , seek the help of elders , talk to friends
  • Staying stress free , working constantly , doing creative activities
  • Meditation and yoga , exercise can be practiced

The power of positive thinking

As mentioned earlier, a lot of damage has been done in a year and everyone has suffered a lot mentally and it is happening. Depression and tension are problems that hurt a person more than any physical ailment. We always ignore mental health but a mentally healthy person can actually beat any disease. The power of positive thinking is very high. Good thoughts and Positivity give very good results so always be stress free and happy. The situation is never remains same.
