Youths are the future of a country. The more our youth would be skillful the more our country would be same. So we should foster our young generation for our healthy society and country.

And now the question is how can we foster our youth and what we have to do for our youth standing in the present situation for the sake of our country's bright future.

1st we have to take the decision how our country will look in greater future then we have to take necessary move to fulfill our target.

Suppose that we want to look our country as one of the  most powerful countries in military strength or defence sector all over the world. Then we have to build defence trainning faculties across the country to train our youth and make them involved and trained. If we make this successful, shortly, our every youth would be a single soldier.

You know, we have already established thousands of schools, colleges and universities in every nook and corner all over our country to educate our next generation and we have also arranged the necessary requirment and faculty to cater our objectives.

As the same, we have to set our goal first how we want to look our country in future and chalk out a plan to fulfill the requirment and which is the most important thing for a developing country.

Above all, to build or transform a country, first we need quality leaders only. And it is the highly needed India like developing country.  

In India, we, everyone consider ourself as a leader. There is adequacy of leaders in our country. There is dearth of everything in our country but only leaders are not.

But it is the cause of great disgrace for the people of India, not a single leader, either it national or local leader, can phrase with his own knowledge and belief that what is the criteria to become a leader.  Even a leader can't define his responsibilities properly.

Most of our leaders we have in our country are not eligible as a leader and wee can exemplify to prove this.

Thus we need to cater our young generation to build leadership qualities with them.

What would be the responsibility of the govt, people and others to carry out our young generation in this Flagship programme.

Some basic approaches we can cite here to skill them leadership qualities and sort out youth with leadership qualities.

We can organise social and cultural event, programme and activities in the grass root level and to inspire our youth to take part in it.

We have to inspire our school and college goer to take part in public speaking, speech and quiz like other competition and event.

There are many govt schemes like Declamation  Contest and others orgnised by the Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan. Youth Parliament competition  organised by the ministry of parliamentary affairs to foster our youth's skills.

Our syllabus makers should emphasize to include the Biography of famous world leaders in our syallabus.

Now a days it is very popular to watch some entertaining television programme like Indian Idol, Dance India Dance. Positively such programme sort out quality dancer or singer. We can broadcast such like flagship programme to inspire our youth.

Finally, I can say, the most important thing, we have to inculcate the mantras of Patriotism and nation building among the youth from their childhood.
