The following was advised to Arjuna by Krishna in Bhagavadgita. It will be very helpful if we cultivate the following habits.
- Knowledge begins with acceptance of one's ignorance
- Cherish the innocence of your soul.
- Set your goals clearly and wisely
- Work to earn big money & a luxurious lifestyle. But remember that happiness comes from working side by side for your Nation and community.
- Respect your infrastructure and support systems
- Use your resources correctly
- Be a leader by example
- Communicate with compassion and understanding
- Manager time well - Live 48 hours in every 24 hours
- Acquire administrative skills.
- Be creative in everything you do - add passion to your life
- Live with love! Love means forgiveness, compassion, hard work, enthusiasm, and cooperation
- Keep a dream diary
- Jog your memory and develop the ability to remember names, places, and events
- Know the laws of your country and of your profession.
- Remember for doing everything, there is a right place, right person, right time, right subject, and right manner
- Be informed about the state of your world especially your country, society, community, and neighborhood
- Study the market and see that your money works for you and not vice versa
- Be aware of the legal system of your country - it pays to know not only Civil and criminal laws but also environmental and conservation regulations so that your life is rich.
- Examine dogmas and rules - some of them need to be broken. Sift out traditions and Customs which are obsolete.
- Know the difference between mind and mindset - open your mind to the magic of life by discarding meaningless mindsets.
- Develop your personal life by learning new skills hobbies friends travel in past times.
- Seek and help to create harmony in family relationships
- Leave the baggage of the past behind
- Stop seeking the approval of everyone
- Discard the missed bus syndrome - sometimes these are perceived deprivations rather than real
- Find alternate routes and methods to accomplish your shortcomings
- Develop the power of determination - he/she who knows why he/she is born in this world is a successful person
- Never accept anything given to you without love, generosity, and goodwill.
- Understand the conflicting qualities of the five elemental women of Indian tradition: Ahalya, Sita, Tara, Draupadi, and Mandodari.

- Understand the role of Faith in your life
