Don't Cry Over Spilt Milk: You should never cry upon what happened in the past because that is not going to change at any cost. You can either accept your destiny and work to make it better or you can cry and deteriorate your health. Its upon you how you look over things. You should be optimistic and think in a productive way. You must learn from your past and i am not saying that you must keep on brooding what you have done in past and start blaming yourself daily. You must look for  the positive side of your mistakes that's how you are going to improve yourself otherwise there are many person who went to asylum by completely torturing themselves and suffering from nausea and various other nervous breakdown. You must live in a day tight compartment. You must be thankful to god that you have food to eat for today and house to rest for today. You have clothes to wear for today. Don't think of what you will eat, wear and stay tomorrow. You must think to make the best of today by living in present because what you do today matters a lot so stop brooding and thinking of past and start living in present. 

Sentence :My brother failed in an examination then my father went to him and told him don't cry over the Spilt milk. 

Every Cloud has a silver lining :

Not everyday will be same, you will change the situation by hard work. i can understand completely it is easily said than done. Only that person knows what he is going through. So you all must try to understand the other circumstances without reacting in the harsh manner. Because somewhere we all will go through it. But instead of crying over the past. We must try our best to make the situation better by calming our mind accepting all the bad things happened. nothing will last for ever nor your problems nor you so why to get sad. Cheer yourself and start fight again…. ever failed… try again.. again failed… rise again.. keep on trying and fail better unless you reach your goal and one day you will be proud of your journey and learn from your past and try to improve yourself by learning from mistakes. after all we all live ones.
