Life is not about what we eat and sleep, life is about what we think, how we speak, how we work,how we behave, what we eat, what we drink. So cut off time in the evening no phonecalls, no email, no messages related to work that automatically allows you time for yourself, for your friends, for your family not just physically sitting there but being there with them mentally and emotionally. Having time to do something for yourself pursue the hobby, singing and painting, all this is finishing off as you don't have time. if you dont have time then how your mind going to relax. cutting off the time for yourself doesn't mean sitting in front of tv or on your phone social media thats also not there. So not watching news before going to sleep, you all can do this right? Don't sleep by cosuming negative information before sleep. cut off time just not from work but also from negative content because your mind need time to finish of all those visuals and all that information before you go to sleep because when you go to sleep all that visuals goes deep into sub consciousness, similarly before going to sleep how long before we must eat? 2 hours before right how many of you eat your food 2 hrs before going to bed. why to eat 2 hrs before sleep? as you want it to digest before your sleep. similarly information in your mind also need 2 hrs to digest and finish off. You can't absorb visuals which are trauma, which are violence, which are pulling down then you go to sleep it will become a part of our personality. nowdays newschannel shout alot we don't just absorb content we absorb the way it is being said we absorb what is shown, we are absorbing all that noise, tone we are absorbing in that it is the dangerous things we absorb its nor their outside it is in your mind. if you improve your emotional diet is what we watch, read and listen. Which means media, social media, movies, songs, books, magazines, newspapers what we watch, read and listen is emotional diet. if you want to increase my emotional health then i need to check my emotional diet, its not how many hours you used the phone or dont use the phone its about what i take from my phone. thank you.
