Show Respect To Other Person Opinion and Never Say You are Wrong. :-

If some one is giving you an opinion then you should not directly oppose him or say to him that that you disapprove his or her opinion because he might get offended and will not give his opinion from next time. 

You have to make him feel important because unless and until you respect his opinion he will not respect you. Even though you dislike his opinion, you must say in this way that thank you for your opinion and that is very helpful for me, if we can just add littke bit to it then it will do wonders and in this way  look you didn't dissappointed him and you easily mend him according to your wants.No body accept their fault and if you try to ask a prisoner to accept for his bad deed he would never do that infact he will oppose you by giving justification that whatever he has done it was not his/her fault. He will blame the society and other things for his present condition because deep inside they have already justified himself so that he can manage to get out of his guilt. In same manner when you hit a child aur reprimand them they start doing what you want them to do but again they come to their initial state once you show them your back. 

If you are wrong admit it emphatically and quickly :-

when some is trying to scold you and make you feel inferior then you must say sorry to him and when you do that, that person shows you the soft corner and try to protect you because you respected him by accepting your fault. i will give you an example of a cashier you made a big mistake by making extra salary to an employee and when he asked employee to return back the extra amount then he denied to pay back by giving excuses about his debt so the cashier thought he should say sorry to the boss other wise his his boss will fire him and he gathered all energy and told everything to boss and pleaded him that he has made a huge mistake, he is feeling shameful because of this make and he has made a huge loss to the company then boss started showing him kindness and said its ok,it is just a small mistake.
