Hey guys , hope you are all safe and sound ! It's been a while since I wrote my last blog . so , today’s topic is about the uses and the nutritional values that flax seeds have . You have heard the name of these seeds from people who workout or are on a diet . i saw this about in insta and really wanted to know about that . then it really amazed me by its several health benefits when consumed . not only for diet , it is useful for even hair care too . They are immensely effective for weight loss , but not only that , they have many other benefits . Let's see what they are .
