Necessity Of A Dual Income

Hi friends, hope all are doing good. Thanks for the support for the previous blog, It felt it will create some controversies, but most of them who read, did not create any controversy around it. Now, let us get into this blog. Dual Income is nothing but, the family where both the husband and wife works and earn income. It is common nowadays, but still there are certain families where we depend on a single income. Once upon a time, there used to be a single earner of the family, who will take care of his family( wife and children) along with his brothers and sisters who are younger to him.

But, now a days, it is very hard to take care of wife and children with the income a single person. what is the reason of this, as simple as that inflation, savings goes down and expenses increase a lot. We are more into providing quality education to the children, all the schools which publicise as they provide quality education, is just making students to be competitive and they are not learning values, they behave as they are going in some race. Ok, but we cannot comment on this as it is duty of parents as the child should not ask their parents that the quality education is not given to them.

The next major expense is to buy things if it crosses few years. For example, I remember, my parents used to have a radio, which has crossed more than 25 years, but now there are people who cannot stay with a mobile phone for more than 2 years, they feel that they are outdated, if they dont purchase a mobile with the latest features. The next point I give is about the offers. There are a lot of stores, online platforms and super markets which provides offers, end of season sale and much more.

So, even though, there is no necessity to buy those products, our people go behind these offers and spend money. Then, they end up in Paying loans and EMI's. Still there are a lot of families, which are happy with single income. I am never objecting dual income, the second income should earned out of interest and comfort, not for just luxuries, repaying debts and loans. The major drawback of second income is children are losing parental care and love. This post is not to hurt anyone, just my own views.
