Here is another common reflex mechanism happens to human body is sneezing.

Sneezing Mechanism: It is a reflex mechanism happens to clear the nose. At the begin pressure builds up in our chest and the lungs get compressed by chest muscles and vocal cords closes. later, suddenly vocal cords get open and pressured air driven up respiratory tract  and air outs through nose with high speed causes sneeze. Normally eyes were forced shut, the tongue moves to the roof of the mouth.

Reason: All the reflex actions caused with a good reason here sneezing also has a good reason for its cause it is nothing but when the foreign particles such as dirt or dust, pollen, smoke enters the nostrils of our nose, the nose feel the irritation or tickling on its inner surface. Here the foreign particles interact with tiny hairs and delicate skin that on nostrils creates irritation. when this happens our body does what it needs to clear the nose this it nothing but sneeze.

Benefits: As I said before sneezing causes for good reason where it benefits in cleaning the nose when it get infected. Some researches said that the sneezing is a nose's natural reset process. By sneezing, dust particles or any other particles that irritates the nose will come out and make us feel better.

Whenever we talk about reflex action there will be one funny facts about it. yes, you may have observed people sneezing in different kind this is what a funny thing actually. I mean people sneeze decently when they are with public but the real way of their sneeze comes out when they are in private. Jokes apart, sometimes really we can't overcome this massy sneezes because there is a scientific reason behind it.

Sneezing multiple times is caused because sometimes the single sneeze may not clear the foreign particles present in nose, that may require some more sneezes to clear that. 

AND

Volume of  Sneeze is depends on the amount of air present in lungs(air inhaled before sneezing) and the lung capacity. This is the reason why some people sneeze with low volume and some others with high noise. It is all an involuntary action we don't have nothing in our hand,……..
