Hi friends ,  today I wants to share about something special to everyone .so let we start with a small story. 

Once in a village lived a sculptor who used to make very beautiful statues and by his work he used to earn good income .He had a son who also used to make a statues from a childhood even he used to make a very beautiful statues .   Father would get  happy seeing his sons idol's but every time he used to point out mistakes in his work ,his son never complaints and he takes his father's advice and continues to improve his work.

   Because of his improvement his work starts getting better than his father's work. Then a time came when people use to buy his statues by paying more money when his father's statues continuous to sold at his earlier price. son got young and his earnings much more better than his father but still his father use to point out mistakes in his sons work, but now son didn't like his father's advice.

 One day asusual when father advices him but Son lost his patience and said  your always pointing out my work ,as if your better than me.all the idols made by me are sold at higher price than the idols made by you .which means I'm the better sculptor than you, I do t need your advice anymore. Mines are perfect. And from that day father stops to point out his mistakes. 

For some time son was happy but after some time he realised that people don't price their work as earlier , all his statues prices were gone down.son could not understand. He didn't see any short comings in his work.he was very disappointed . And oneday he went to his father and told about his problem.father listen to him and said I know oneday this going to happen. Son asked how it possible? Yes my son , because many years ago I too had faced this situation. When Im telling , you don't understand my word. 

Sometimes we wouldn't know the mistakes done by us. Because we love our work.but other person would find the mistakes in it. When I try to point out mistakes, your not satisfied with your work and you improve even more. And that's why your work improve day by day and price also increased. But when you got satisfied with your work , you thought your work is perfect.then your growth stopped.people always expected better work from you, but when you were not able to give up with their expectation ,they started losing interest in your work and your not getting much money for your statues. Thats why you reached this condition.then son asked his father , what should I do now?. My son ,learn to be dissatisfied.

Yes friends in our lives we often have many criticism. It's a only depends on you that whether your taking it in a positive or negative way.  Even criticism is like a feedback.if we takes in a positive way ,we can find our mistakes and shine in our work. But if we take it in a negative way our progress will be completely down. Always never be afraid of criticism, because unless you have critics , you will never be able to progress in your life and you will never be able to achieve success .
