Hello everyone🙂 welcome back to my new blog. 

My today's topic is how to make our digestive system stronger. But before this I have published one of my blog just relevant to this, that is how to make instant relief from digestion problem.

 And now in this blog we gonna see  the 5 ways to make the digestive system stronger……… comeon friends without any further delay let us get into the topic……

WATER 

Water is best for digestive problems. It will cleanse the colon and remove toxins and solid waste from the body. As much as possible keep the water bottle handy always. Whenever you feel like drinking something drink water. Water should be consumed before and after 30 minutes of the meal. Do not drink water along with meals and after meals, because this will cause dilution of stomach acid causing indigestion.

FOOD 

The food we eat decides the effectiveness of the digestive system. Eat smartly.  Switch to whole grains. Which is high in dietary fiber. You can consume all the nuts varieties. Include probiotic foods which increases good bacteria  helping in digestion. 

Make seasonal fruits a part of daily diet. Intake of this seasonal fruits which results of high in digestive enzyme and antioxidants. 

 Consume one to two table spoons of desi cow ghee daily. And this the best oil for better digestion.

EXERCISES 

Exercises increase the blood circulation in digestive system. All the wastes travels easily. 15 minutes of daily exercises can greatly help. It tones the intestinal muscles. Even low level activity like walking is very beneficial.  Exercises helps the waste to travel out faster through the digestive system. 

THUNDER BOLT POSE

The best yoga pose for stronger digestive system. You can do this pose for 5 minutes after taking meals. Even being in this yoga pose can clear out your digestive problems. 

CHEWING FOODS PROPERLY 

More than 50 percent of digestion should take place in mouth. Important enzymes for digestion are present in saliva. Ideally one should chew 25 - 30 times. If you chew foods properly half the work is done friends. Out of all this is one the  single habit to relieve you from digestion problem.

If you Continuously practice these tips, you will get results within a week.
