Hi guys. Iam back with another blog. Hope you are good and healthy. This blog is about strengthening of our mind.

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. These Four Constraints also helps to determine how we handle stress as compare to others and make choices.When trying to recall something you've just read or heard, repeat the information out loud as well as write it down. This helps to reinforce the new facts in your memory.

You have to train your mind to be stronger than your emotions or else you will lose yourself every time 

 Mental strength means that you regulate your emotions, manage your thoughts, and behave in a positive manner, despite your circumstances.Developing mental strength is about finding the courage to live according to your values and being bold enough to create your own definition of success.

Research has shown that regular physical exercise is one way to improve cognitive functions like memory recall, problem solving, concentration, and attention to detail.Meditation has been shown to help reduce stress and anxiety, but research suggests it can also change parts of one of our most important organs – the brain.Meditating for a few minutes might help rein in those wandering thoughts and help you stay focused throughout the day.

The brain is the center of the nervous system and it controls almost every process in your body and your mind. As such, the brain strongly affects mental health and productivity, so you should pay special attention to it on a daily basis.

Ways to start train your mind

  • Remember that not every thought is true or helpful.
  • Rest your mind.
  • Relax to music or a sleep story
  • Prioritize sleep
  • Listen to the wise voice within
  • Take a deep breath
  • Puzzle games help with cognition
  • Puzzles are about thinking, not clicking
  • The brain needs to rest

  • Taking on New Learning Challenges
  • Maintaining a Healthy Diet
  • Encourage yourself to stick to your plan
  • Postpone things for later to gain, focus on what’s important now
  • Socialize
  • Reading books
  • Doing yoga
  • Lets go of things

You have power over your mind, not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.
