Break Your Comfort Zone.

Hi everyone, as usual we come up with a new topic that is about a zone that ordinary people can't break and most of fail to.Today's topic is also important as other that can change your life. As everyone thing that we need a comfortable life but is it that much important? Ask ones for you innerself and then you get the exact answer today everyone have motive to do something different but can't. What is the reason behind it? It is that we have adopted some of that habits that don't let our comfort zone break and if our comfort zone is broken then you will get all your answers to your question and to think beyond it. And we should try always to get out of our comfort zone. People have decided to do many things and make it productive but  their comfort zone does not let us to do that productive things, you always think of one question and the question is why breaking comfort zone is that important?

Comfort zone = Success 

Why it is so important to get out of your comfort zone?

Eveyone thinks that why we have to break comfort zone? Why we can't succes without leaving our comfort zone? If you understand comfort zone then you will have to know how it does ruin your life. See always notice one thing that if you try  to make your routine productive but somehow you are back to your normal routine why is it so? It is because comfort zone is the reason that convert your mind and tell that it is not intresting and pain for doing the work and we give up too fast but if we manage to make our mind or lie to it then you can manage your productivity. As somehow we have to see how we clear it from our mind. And from our childhood our mind does not allow us to get tired physically or mentally and it always try to keep ourself out of pushing one step forward. I must tell you a story many year ago Jesse Itzler and his 6 friend had decided to run a marathon, the race was 160 km long and race was unsupported as Jesse Itzler was had his own jet and he was a billionaire that's why he had with him a physiotherapist, tent, cook, etc as the race was 24 hour long and he saw a man that he was only carrying a water bottle, biscuits and a folding chair and his weight was more than 100 kg. As he ran 110 km that person have small fracture in bones and he was not in a good condition as some how he completed his race and it was not his work to run with these weight. Jesse did some research on it and his name was David gogins as he got to know about him he was a navy officer that was toughest feild and Unbelievable thing to listen is that he is asthemetic and his heart was not pumping at his fullest it only supplied 75 percent of blood to the heart and in this condition running marathon is impossible for him. As listening to his story he decided to invite him for a day to live in his house.  In Evening they  come out,  there was a pullup bar. David gogins asked “ how many pullups you can do?” Aa jesse was not good at pullup as some how he did 8 pullups then david said take a break and try again next time he did 6 and another time 3 he was not able to do single now but david said we have to do hundered pullups. Jesse thinks that the whole night will be here but as how they done 100 pullups. Then david said the time when we get tired we have only 40 percent of our capacity. Now david gogins is called as toughest man on earth. This inspires us and according to science 40 percent rule is true as I told that mind don't let us to do our 100 percent and now and from this it is important to break that zone.

How to break the comfort zone?

We have to break our comfort zone and for this  we have to break our mindset first that does not let us to do our 100 percent. Life is easy if you live it as a joy but remember comfort zone is very very much happy and gives us all the pleasure but the pleasure is temporary after that you will feel loathr for it you will think that if I had done that time I won't regret it now. Try this and you will feel more confident that whenever you do something and feel tired and just to give up try to do extra as if you are doing a pushups and in 10 you are done then try to do 12 and doing this small changes you can break your comfort zone. Don't  be feared of it. Focus to think out of your box and you will see the new change in yourself and remember this thing will really help you to complete your dreams that you see, only way is to break the comfort zone.
