Let's start from the retro !! Hoooo yaaa!!!
I would like to share some of my favourite songs even from the retro's and 90's.
- Raja Raja Chozhan : This song from the movie “Rettai Vaal kuruvi” wins due to its which exposes lust in a hidden way.
- Thendral vandhu theendum bodhu: It is a retro period song sung by two legends Ilayaraja sir and Janaki mam which is popular till now
- Kanmani anbodu : This is the song from the movie “Guna” which I would ask to sing to any singer or to play keys or strings to any musician I come across. This song holds a special place in my heart.
- En kadhale : This song from the movie “Duet” melts my heart- S.P.B still lives through his voice. This song melts my heart whenever I hear to it. This separates the soul from the body to heaven.
- Naan pogiren : This song literally make you fly to the moon. The first stanza beautifully tells the changes after falling into love.
- Unai kaanadhu: This song is from the movie visvaroopam. It would give a visual treat to our eyes when it is watched with the video of the song.
- Mundhinam parthene: This is the song from vaanaram aayiram movie. In this single song the whole love story of the hero's dad for his mom during his teenage is clearly visualised. The lyrics and the music of the song played a vital role for its hit.
- Para para paravai: This song was composed by G.V.Prakash sir and it has separate female and male version. Both versions of this song melts our soul. It will be even more special when we feel the love that blooms for the hero in the first part of the movie in the male version and the pain of the heroine waiting for his dead husband's soul to come back to her in the female version.
- Kadhale kadhale: From the movie 96. Whenever I hear this song with high volume, this would always push tears from my eyes. The violin music- the strings of the violin is not played here instead I feel as my nerves are played !
- Kurumugil: This song is from the movie Seetaraman. Here the hero explains the beauty of the heroine through this song. The kids chorus in this song with heated with good quality audio gives you joy and refreshes the soul.
- Panithuli : This song is from the movie “Raangi” that has been released recently. The pain and love of two souls that won't get united are clearly felt through the lyrics, the music, and the vocal of Chinmayi mam..This song sounds good when it is heared after watching the movie.
