It's hot this spring. Then guess what will happen in summer. Do you spend 40 degrees at home or in the office? What do you need? How many days do not come back from the cold country?

8 to 10 days' leave can be managed with a little effort. And once it is managed, read it straight up. Come back from Sikkim. Not Common Sikkim, let's turn to a little Uncommon Sikkim. Gangtok without a fuss If you want to go to Sikkim, you have to set foot in the capital Gangtok once. Plan how and where to go from there. Gangtok will get plenty of tour operators. You can follow their advice and go around as per your plan.

Gangtok

It is a great place to shop. But it's time to return. Four aspects of Sikkim. East-West-North-South. The farther north you go, the colder it gets. Even in summer, it is difficult to cope with the cold. Songmo or Changu Lake is just 40 km from Gangtok. If you don't see this lake at an altitude of about 12,000 feet, you will miss it. Its beauty cannot be expressed in words. Here you can ride on the back of a chamrigai or yak. The central government has recently declared Sikkim as the best shooting spot in India. If you go to Changu Lake, you will understand the reason.

Go down at Namchi

The cold of South Sikkim can be tolerated a bit. Then this time the tour should be there. Namchi is the capital of South Sikkim. There is also a small village called Namchi. It would be great to walk around the beautiful village as pictured. There are two Buddhist monasteries here. Namchi and Ralong. The 117-foot-tall statue of the Buddhist guru Ringpoche will amaze you.

There is no other statue in the world in the hills. Have lunch by eating Momo, Thukpa, Chang, or Churpi cooked by the villagers. Overnight in Ravangla Ravangla is another great place in South Sikkim. Seeing a natural beauty here, it will feel as if you have gone to heaven. I think you will step into the garden of Parijat with this understanding. Watching the sunrise from Rayong Sunrise Point here is a must. There are Ralang Buddhist monasteries, with Ralang and rather warm springs diversifying the beauty of Ravangla. You will find the pleasure of trekking in Tendong.

Yumthang to the north

When the cold body of the south is asleep, you can go north. The answer is Yumthang. If you like flowers, you can spend a few hours just sitting in the flower garden here. Sitting there, you may feel like the hero or heroine of Yash Chopra's movie. The river is in front of the flower garden. The protagonist is also hungry, so Momo and Maggie's shop is nearby. The taste of Maggie or Momo here is completely different.

The poet Langstock

It is only 16 kilometers away from Gangtok. It is a historical place in North Sikkim. This place symbolizes a peace treaty between the Lepcha and Bhutia rulers. Lepcha chief Te-Kung-tek and Bhutia chief Khe-Bam-Sar ruled within their borders. When you come here, if you see the situation alone or hear the story, it can give you a thorn in your side.

Many say that this poet Langstok is the most beautiful place in Sikkim. Such peaceful coexistence of the two rulers is instructive to the rulers of every country in the world. Walk around the village and visit the small town. You will get the Buddhist monastery, along with the hospitality of the simple people here. There is a library in the quiet area. Spend time there. You can know a lot about the history of Sikkim.
