Last time I left at the part where I had already made my first set of buddies, my “T.T. gang”. Next came my lovely classmates who at times could not be so lovely. As an all girls' school, some beauties were really mean but I will not lie because I learnt be strong and speak up for myself because of their taunts and behaviour towards me. I made a few friends in the class too however, I didn't share a very close bond with them. I have never been a backbencher and have always been dedicated to my studies (although scoring well is something I will not claim). From small fights to small gestures of kindness and friendship, my friends had a major role in transforming me to make me the person I am today.
Next, came by housemates, whom we call dorm mates. I was in the ‘Woodpecker’ house and in Junior School campus, 3 batches stayed together under one roof. Initially the thought of living with seniors scared me a little as I had heard cases of being raged and like I had mentioned I was not very bold however, my fears proved to be baseless when I was personally guided and helped by some really sweet seniors. From eating together in the dinning hall to getting helped in case I would be late to come back to my dorm at night after chatting with my friends, they were always present. Many a times, I used to get too pally (this is a slang from my school), that is that I would treat them too casually like my batchmates and they would get upset and ask me to maintain the junior senior relationship but apart from that they were good.
Another strong bond I made with 2 girls whom I never thought I could get along with, Aditi and Shanvi. They happened to be my bed neighbours and starting one random night, the 3 of us began talking out of shere boredom. That one night turns into our infinite nights of chats till our warden would come late at night to reprimand us. Our school would organise end of the year trips after annual exams. We went to places like Udaipur, Kanha, Bhuvaneshwar, and Amritsar. All these trips have given me a truck full of memories that I shall cherish for a lifetime. From prank calling in different rooms to shopping together on the streets, we did it all. The journey by buses and trains were even more fun, dancing and singing as if there was no one except for us.
I didn't even realise how quickly time flew and I was done with my first 3 years in Welham(my school).
I had finished junior school and was soon going to discover the senior school with some mean seniors.
