Red velvet cake is a vanilla cake with a few table spoon of cocoa powder and red food coloring mixed in. Lets get into the recipe.

Making red velvet cake is an easy one but we need patience and calm for preparing this.
step 1: Take a blow and add the ingredients all purpose flour, powdered sugar, coca powder, baking powder in the above mentioned level and sieve it (sieving makes the cake more soft and fluffy) add vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract in the above mentioned level .
step 2: Mix well until all the added ingredients are combined and add 2-3 drops of red food color and mix it and add 1 tea spoon white vinegar and mix well.
step 3: pour the prepared into a oil greased MOULD and place into a pre-heated pan and cover it. cook it in a low medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes (for oven: Bake it in 180 degree)
step4: cake layer is ready, cool completely. After cooling remove from the MOULD and cut the top part divide the cake into layer
step5: break the top part into a small pieces and make crumb with the use of small jar and transfer the crumb into a plate.
step6: In a bowl add ½ cup cream cheese , 2 table spoon powder sugar and mix well. In another blow add 1 cup of whipping cream beat for a while now mix the cream cheese and mix well until stiff peaks.
Now all the steps are finished lets get in to the decoration part.
In a plate take one layer of the cake brush some sugar syrup and pour a thick layer of cream and rub thoroughly.
Place another layer brush some sugar syrup cover the cake with cream. Put the crumbs on the side through out the cake.
Now the red velvet cake is almost ready, decorate the cake with the cream and finally put the crumb on the center of the cake. A delicious red velvet cake is ready.
