Rohit Sharma, the captain of the Indian cricket team, and Sourav Ganguly, the president of the BCCI, used their social media accounts to share some exciting news with their followers.

Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma shared a photo on Instagram that has followers scratching their heads. The image resembles a movie poster for a film whose trailer will debut on September 4. Rohit's Instagram caption read: "My tummy is queasy. #TrailerOut4thSept #MegaBlockbuster debut of a rare type."

On the other hand, the iconic left-handed batter is depicted on BCCI President and former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly's billboard wearing a blue kurta and standing with his hands folded. "It was enjoyable to shoot for it! The newest Mega Blockbuster will soon be released! "Ganguly was noted in the caption.

Kapil Sharma posted the announcement on his blog, "Yeh, simple fans are there. Aapko pasand aaye, I hope. MegaBlockbuster #TrailerOut4Sept (This one is for my fans. I hope everyone enjoys it."

Following the release of these poster series, a number of fans enquired on social media as to whether "Mega Blockbuster" refers to a forthcoming film or a marketing initiative.

Fans have pointed out that the celebs are posing in vibrant clothing against images of stores, markets, and bazaars, suggesting that the ad may be for an apparel wear e-commerce company.

Having these celebs promote an apparel business or e-commerce app seems appropriate given that the holiday season is already in full swing and that Navratri, Durga Puja, Dussehra, and Diwali are approaching in the following few months.
