Time management is a process of organizing your tasks in a way such that you complete all activities in a specific manner. It is basically a process of utilising your time properly. The most important part about it is, that it allows you to complete all tasks within a specific time limit and achieve goals.

For a student managing time is a very important as well as a difficult task. But, once you learn to manage it you are able to use your time properly and lessen misusing it.

So, here are some tips which will help you to manage your time properly and accomplish your goals.

Let's begin

1.Identify how long you can sit and study then schedule your subjects according to that. If you find a subject such as maths difficult then try to study it everyday along with other subjects.

2.Include activities that you like doing in your time table like drawing, painting etc. It will help you feel fresh and calm your mind. You can do these between your study breaks.

3.Make daily, weekly and monthly plans separately.

Try to make daily goals like Completing one chapter in a day, weekly goals like completing a particular unit and monthly goals like completing the entire syllabus and then doing revision.

4.Create a list of tasks to do everyday and prioritise them.

Try to make a to-do list for every day this will help you do things which are really important and avoid misuse of time.

5.Study in an environment free of distraction or you can simply listen to study music or reading music on YouTube. It will help you to concentrate better.

6.Give atleast 10 minutes to revise things you learnt yesterday. This will keep things fresh in your mind.

7.Follow your plans strictly and regularly because consistency is the key to success. If you are consistent then you are already halfway your goal.

8.Make a vision board and hide it in a place where only you can see it, it will help you remember your goals everyday and will inspire you to achieve them.

Some golden rules:

1.Categorize your goals as long term or short term .

2.identify the time you need to spend on each of them.

3.Be regular.

4.Include short breaks in your plan but they should be not more than 15 minutes.

5.Reducing time wasters as soon as possible.
