In today's competitive world everyone  working hard to achieve the goal they want to fulfill their desires. Especially the the youngsters of this generation who are growing with attitude to own their own business instead of working for someone else for someone else's corporation.

India is home to the world’s largest youth population, with over 356+ million in the age bracket of 10 years to 24 years. Today Indian youth have potential to change the world and draw future for entire world.

Running a Business is far bigger than being in a job. Both Job & Business have  “ a boon and a bane”. Here we are going to discuss few plus & negatives of Job and Business.

JOB 

Talking about job than job comes with little financial risk whereas Business consists a much greater risk.

Positives:

• He or she will have a steady income.
• An employee who works under any private or Government firms do have fewer headaches.
• Work hours are fixed except few of the government jobs.
• Better and less chaotic life.

Negatives:

• In job one have to wait for a certain time period for getting next hike, no matter how good you are.
• Working under someone won't give that recognition that one expects ( some exceptions exists).
• Freedom is something which is hard to get in a job.

BUISNESS 

Business have its own benefits  and losses with compared to job.

Positives:

• Their is risk of loosing but one the other possibilities of big gain also exist.
• With possibilities of earning big the life becomes easier.
• Business builds leadership qualities in you the process completely transforms you. You becomes a man with patience and dignity.

Negatives:

• Taking risk becomes part of life.
• A Business owner have more responsibilities compared to man who does job.
• Business man's life is more hectic and chaotic as compared to a man who does job.

If you are really passionate, then go for business. Starting a business is easier than getting a government job. But, running a business successfully is very difficult than doing a government job. If you have a government job or any stable job, you always having a business option too. For example, you can start business in any of your family member's name. The decision always up to you.
