Let's talk about it. It's all about our little kitchen.
Once i was alone in my home.my mom and sister went to university to took an admission for her. Breakfast are only bread and jam to eat. So i just kept it aside of table and i sit in a chair and imagine about that ,i was working like my mother in kitchen.actually i love cooking Variety dishes . suddenly i take out my mobile phone and searched “how to make simple porotta”. I like porotta and beef combo.it's just lit. Yaaah…
Beef curry is ready in fridge.so i take it outside to leave from it over cool.
Now it's my turn to fight with maida porotta, yeah..
Ingredients
All purpose flour/maida- 4cup
Sugar- 1 tablespoon
Salt- ½ teaspoon
Water- 1 ¼ cup
Ghee+refined oil- 100 ml
So i am going to lit my work. actually I work like i am a chef.I my self pledge that i do my best and i serve this to my mom,yeah.
Now the mix is already set , so it's going to beat with maida for a good and smoothen porotta.
Porotta and beef curry is traditional food of mallu .I'm a right. That crispy crunchy porotta is everytime favourite is it .
Beef with some pepper ,turmeric ,spice as use and make it a mix and fry in flame.that was quite amazing taste bud with crunchy porotta.
Porotta or parotta is layered Indian and Sri lankan flatbread made from maida or atta, alternatively known as flasky ribbon pancake. It is very common in the Indian states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu and widely available in other states .
My mother entered home .she was really shocked .you know why ? The kitchen was fully plates powder of maida instead of it the smell of gas is high .so she shocked.and let she came to kitchen by scolding me.but i don't care it. Because i know she like my porotta that i made . actually I used to give surprise to her. That's why i put thus into a tiffin box .after i showed her that i made and both of them tasted it.they like it very much and i like porotta that made my mom . That was nice to me.
Next the time to eat lunch with my loved mother and sister .it was quite different, nothing is made for lunch .so I just gave rest to my mother.and I cooked basmati rice and beef gravy with help of YouTube. But this time the gravy I made is just more spicy.but i proud myself to cook alone.and really loved the basmati rice taste and flavor of cardamom that I put in rice.
Next the way to teatime.that was an amazing flavour full tea and with some cookies we drink chai.
The way to dinner was super usually we ate normal rice that cook for noon lunch but it's no more. So we made chapati and egg fry for dinner.
So it was beautiful entertainment that my mom accidentally given to me.and it was happy a day for me .
