Hello. Welcome to my blog. This blog provides information on The Changi International Airport, one of the busiest and biggest airports in the world, which is situated in Changi East, Singapore. There are currently four terminals (T1–T4) at this airport, and a fifth is under construction. They are exceptionally successful in their line of work, and their success has been acknowledged with numerous honors, including the title of "World's Best Airport" from Skytrax on several occasions. They are the first airport in history to hold this title twelve times. It has also received recognition as one of the cleanest airports in the world. In 1993, the late Princess Diana went to Singapore and went on a tour of Changi Airport. The Business Traveller UK Award gave Changi its sixth "Best Airport" honor, and Princess Diana personally gave the Permanent Secretary the trophy. Changi Airport's key competitive advantage is that they value its patrons. They see service and integrity as the foundation of their success. Changi Airport served 68.3 million passengers in 2019, ranking it as the 18th busiest airport in the globe. To enable faster check-in for travelers, the airport installed technology like self-check-in kiosks and automated baggage drop systems. They also revealed a brand-new app that will offer passengers an all-in-one platform. Additional features include Free Sightseeing Tours (If you’ve got at least 5.5 hours to spare at Changi Airport, you can join a free 2.5-hour guided tour of Singapore), being the first airport to install aerobridges, a movie theater, and a swimming area for travelers with lengthy layovers.  The staff at the airport offer first-rate services as well, making sure that all aspects of the runways, taxiways, and tarmac are working safely and promptly and that any mishaps or incidents are handled as soon as possible. Along with acting as a hub for aviation, Changi Airport is home to a variety of shops and eateries that will please anyone looking to purchase necessities or luxuries, indulge in a variety of delectable flavors, or simply unwind in a roomy setting that combines the best of indoor comforts and views of the outdoors. The most interesting fact about the airport is that this particular airport has 10 gardens inside the airport. The garden includes a Butterfly garden (housing more than 1,000 free-roaming butterflies), a Sunflower garden (It’s one of the most beautiful things in the airport), The Cactus garden, an Orchid garden, and a koi pond. Anyone with good experience from this airport please do share in the comment box.
