Hi Everyone ! ! ! Hope you guys are doing good and safe with your family members. After a long time I am again with my new blogs so today we are going to see about benefits of FLEX SEEDS. Lets start our blog . . .

BENEFITS:

  • Flex seed helps to reduce weight faster. And it also helps for hair growth. 
  • Flex seed rich in protein, omega 3 fatty acid, vitamins, minerals and fiber. 
  • It helps to reduce the risk of cancer.
  • It also improves digestion process and controls diabetes.
  • Good for skin, hair and also helps to reduce weight in easier way without any diet chart. 
  • Good for low blood pressure by eating 30 grams of flex seeds for six months. It contains high proteins and also control sugar level in our blood.
  • The limitation of taking flex seed per day is three to four tablespoon.
  • Intaking excess of flex seed without more water leads to blockage.

USAGE :

  1. For weight loss 

Type 1 : Take two tablespoon of roasted flex seed add it to a half cup of boiled milk add one tablespoon of honey add a half cup of hot water mix it well and take it before going to bed.

Type 2 : Take some amount of flex seed soak it for two hours. Take half cup of curd mix it with water. Grind the soaked seed mix well with the curd mixture take this drink once in a day.

Type 3 : Take some amount of flex seed roast it for two minutes without oil in a pan keep it in a air free container to avoid fungus. We can also store in fridge. Whenever we cook food like dal, white rice, any side dish, we can use a tablespoon of grind mixture in it. We can also sprinkle the grind powder of flex seed in salad.

2. For hair growth

Type 1: Take some amount of flex seed according to your hair length. Take a three glass of water add some amount of flex seed which is convenient to your hair length boil the water along with flex seed for ten to fifteen minutes after the water turns into a thick jelly consistency turn off the flame. Keep it aside let it cool and then apply it into your scalps then take a gentle massage for ten to fifteen minutes leave it for maximum two hours then wash it off with mild shampoo or conditioner which may comfort you.
