USAGE :
Type 1 : Take two tablespoon of roasted flex seed add it to a half cup of boiled milk add one tablespoon of honey add a half cup of hot water mix it well and take it before going to bed.
Type 2 : Take some amount of flex seed soak it for two hours. Take half cup of curd mix it with water. Grind the soaked seed mix well with the curd mixture take this drink once in a day.
Type 3 : Take some amount of flex seed roast it for two minutes without oil in a pan keep it in a air free container to avoid fungus. We can also store in fridge. Whenever we cook food like dal, white rice, any side dish, we can use a tablespoon of grind mixture in it. We can also sprinkle the grind powder of flex seed in salad.
2. For hair growth
Type 1: Take some amount of flex seed according to your hair length. Take a three glass of water add some amount of flex seed which is convenient to your hair length boil the water along with flex seed for ten to fifteen minutes after the water turns into a thick jelly consistency turn off the flame. Keep it aside let it cool and then apply it into your scalps then take a gentle massage for ten to fifteen minutes leave it for maximum two hours then wash it off with mild shampoo or conditioner which may comfort you.
